[NJTechDiv] Does Anyone Use a Samsung Galaxy A10E Phone? Trying to Get Tech Help re: Text to Speech and TalkBack

Hi again Ruth,

You might've already thought of this idea.  If your friend bought her phone
before she lost her vision and was already using Ok Google to ask it
questions, she could ask OK Google to turn on Talkbacks.  That could at
least get her started.  If she could do that, maybe I or others on this
list could talk her through setting up specific Talkbacks settings if
needed, since we could hear what her phone is saying.  I don't think our
never having used an android phone particularly matters, since VoiceOver
and Talkbacks are likely similar enough.
