[NJTechDiv] Fixing email setup mistake

I made a big mistake and set Windows Mail to be my reply email app, when I
want it to be Outlook.  I was in Outlook at the time, so it's very annoying
that it was asking me about Windows Mail instead.

How do I fix it to reply with Outlook?  I Googled, but it wasn't helpful.
