[NJTechDiv] Texts with links

Hi Lori.

I did turn my phone off and on a couple days ago, but I still couldn’t follow the link I got yesterday.  Maybe I’ll try again today, before it expires.

Sounds like you are doing everything correct.

I just happen to of just done this a few minutes ago and it worked.

Perhaps, it is time to turn your device off and back on again?

I asked about this before, and I thought I got it, but clearly not.  

Last week, I got 2 texts with links in them, but I wasn’t able to follow the link.  

This is what I did:

Open the text.

Change the rotor to Links and swipe down with 1 finger until I was on the link (I thought).

Double tap.

 

Nada.

I also tried changing the rotor again to Actions, once I was on the link, but that didn’t work either.  

Where am I going wrong?
