[NJTechDiv] adding denise's echo.

Hi list repeating a question sent earlier.  Maybe should rephrase it.  When my friend denise tried to call me with her echo her phone rings it’s calling her phone.  Also when I try to call her echo alexa says I only have one number for denise.  I don’t see add an echo to the contacts unless I should select the choice other.  How do I make alexa recognize her echo.  Shouldn’t the echo be the same phone number as her Iphone.  Also her iPhone is technically a non working number.  The idiots at Walmart didn’t see to it that her phone number was active.  Should she activate it and how should she do that.  She is using straight talk.
