The answer depends on if you use the numpad on the right of the keyboard, or
if you use the laptop layout. 

With the numpad, the long button on the right of the numpad, 2nd from the
top, is the PC cursor and the virtual cursor.  The little button above it is
the Jaws cursor.  I usualy do insert-Jaws cursor-route Jaws to PC-so it's in
the right window.

 

With the laptop layout, the Jaws cursor is caps lock +p and the other 2 are
caps lock +left bracket, which is next to p.

 

All these are listed in the Jaws help section under Keyboard commands.
