[NJTechDiv] update on last

Hi special attention tony if you saw my last here’s an update. My sister says that the phone shows Iphone unavailable only the emergency shows not even my passcode field she doesn’t know how to get into the passcode field to enter it.  Any suggestions.  If I an unlock it I can correct this problem I’ll have to turn off my passcode.  Help please!
