Hi list have just logged into my apple account on the computer. Was trying to use find my iPhone.  It says no devices so can I unlock the phone on the PC and if so does the phone have to be turned on.  My sister says my screen says iPhone unavailable. She can only see emergency so there is definitely a bug in IOS 16 can I correct it and unlock it on the computer somehow?
