hi Ken, maybe you should use the Feedback Hub to let Microsoft know. You
can start the Feedback Hub by pressing the Windows key with the letter
F. I think it is necessary to have a Microsoft Email account, but I
maybe wrong about that. I've never used the Feedback Hub, so maybe
someone can help you use it effectively.

Hi list every time there is a major update like the monthly patches for
windows all my voice packages wipe out. I just now had to go into the
accessibility and reinstall all the english language voice packages.
This happens every time there is a major update. I can’t believe it’s
just me and microsoft knows nothing about it. It’s a pain in the but
resetting my speech every time windows updates itself. Any thoughts on
why all but the basic default voices wipe out.
