[NJTechDiv] only reading headers

Hi list a strange issue that comes and goes microsoft has no answer for this. From time to time all I read in a message is the headers or footers. Something like next part.. 3d equals sing and a long strings of characters.  This morning the item about deleted voicemails on the iphone for example only after I moved it to the deleted folder did it read right.  Windows mail does have problems with formats but this is strange more than once have missed important messages because window mail can’t read only from signature line down.  Just now the daily announcements for games galore and more couldn’t read.  When I called microsoft to show them suddenly messages read right.  Have tried closing then reopening that doesn’t work I don’t want to change to another mail program just for some messages. Anyone else using windows mail with this issue.
