[NJTechDiv] writing Spanish accented letters in Gmail

Serena, I'm not sure if this will help, but If you're using jaws, you 
can presss insert+number row 4 which provides a list of extended ANSI 
characters, in which you can down arrow to the one you want and press 
the enter key. Let us know if it worked or not.

Hi all,

I'm taking a Spanish class.  It seems that the MS Word keyboard command
control apostrophe desired letter doesn't work in Gmail.  Unless this
command somehow conflicts with a Jaws command in Gmail, but not in
Word?  Does anyone know a keyboard command or Google Chrome extension to
write Spanish accent marks in gmail?
