[NJTechDiv] Copying bookmarks in Firefox

I want to copy my Firefox bookmarks from my old PC to my new one.  I Googled
and got instructions, but I can't find the Export Bookmarks menu item
anywhere, so I can't follow the instructions I found.  Does anyone know how
to do this?
