[NJTechDiv] Uber driver doesn't speak English

Hi Tracy,

As far as I know, there's no way to specify that you want a driver who
speaks English. It's a shame AIRA couldn't help him. Was this because the
agent couldn't determine the layout of the parking lot well enough?
Honestly, the only strategy I can think of is for your husband to go in a
random direction to get out of the parking lot and then ask someone for
directions to his destination. If he uses Blind Square or another app for
getting directions, that would also help him once he gets out of the
parking lot. (GPS apps aren't usually very helpful in parking lots and
similar scenarios because they cannot detect where you are as easily.) I
don't normally suggest this last strategy, but, if there's nobody around
and all else fails, he could call the police to ask an officer to locate
him. I had to call Campus Security once when an Uber driver couldn't
locate exactly where I wanted to get dropped off on the campus. I simply
told him to drop me off at a random building and asked him for its name.
Then, I called Campus Security and asked for a ride to class on their
vehicle. By that time, if I'd walked to class, I would've been late!
