[NJTechDiv] Uber driver doesn't speak English

My husband is blind also, and today his Uber driver dropped him off in the
middle of a parking  Lot.  Even with AIRA, he couldn't figure out which way
he should go.  The driver didn't speak English, and my husband doesn't have
much Spanish, so he couldn't ask the driver where he was or where to go,
either.

Is there a way to specify we want a driver who has some English?  Or any
other trick we can use when we get one we can't communicate with?
