[NJTechDiv] Resetting A Braille Note Touch

Hi all,
I used to have the machine the address is referring to. I’m simply not
using its name because I am dictating from my phone. The directions sound
accurate, but I’m curious what’s wrong with it that makes you need to set
it back to its factory settings? As opposed to simply doing a simple reset
of the device? If you can do a simple one, simply pressing the reset or
maybe restart button, you do not have to worry about backing up your files!
Serena

Sent from my iPhone, Please excuse any brevity or dictation errors
