[NJTechDiv] Getting Voiceover while setting up a new iPhone

Hi Tracy,
From what I recall, as soon as you start up the phone you should be able to triple click click the side button and voiceover should be turned on. If you end up getting past this point and someone starts setting it up I believe you have to then ask them to go into settings accessibility and turn it on Along with setting up the shortcut. You will then have the options to be able to turn it on and off using Siri or the triple click method.
