[NJTechDiv] Double tap doesn't always work

My new iPhone is an SE 3rd gen.  I copied everything from my iPhone 8.

The double tap doesn't always work.  Sometimes, I have to do a split tap to
make something happen.  This is not always convenient.  For example, I was
trying to rate my UberEats order, and it wouldn't take my double tap on
Thumbs up, and I couldn't do a split tap, either.  

Does anyone know anything about this?  Otherwise, I'll call Apple help on
Monday.

Some things on my new phone work better, but other things not as well.
