Freedom Scientific is changing its support policy in September. Article here <https://blog.freedomscientific.com/new-support-eligibility-policy-for-jaws-zoomtext-and-fusion/> and pasted below.

Beginning September 1, phone and email technical support will be available exclusively for customers with a current Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA), an active subscription, or customers licensed for the current version of JAWS, ZoomText, or Fusion.

This change aligns our support policy with our licensing model and ensures consistent service for users. This change is for U.S. customers who receive technical support from Freedom Scientific.
