[NJTechDiv] Hable launches Speechlabel today: the app for spoken labels for blind and visually impaired users

I have not used this.  It just launched, but seems interesting.  It's from Hable (the company that produces Braille/assistive keyboards for phones).

Speechlabel is a smart and simple app that lets you create and play spoken labels. Think of expiry dates on groceries, labeling spice jars, medicine packages, household appliances, or documents. With Speechlabel, you can give everything in your surroundings a clearly audible label, so you always know exactly what something is or how to use it.

Users can easily record labels via the app and then play them back simply by holding their smartphone near the labeled object. This makes daily life more organized and independent.
