Tracy, Joseph is spot on, A basic account is free. And in my opinion, 
it's a good idea to have one, just in case you need it. By the way, the 
current version is 6.3.10 unless there is a newer version that recently 
became available as of last night.

It does not cost to create an account. It only cost to host meetings for
more than 40 minutes with three or more people.
