[NJTechDiv] OKO free again

I just read the article, and it says Synapse owns Polara.  It also said, as I read it, that OKO would be integrated with PedApp, which is Polara's app.  I hope these things will leave OKO alone or make it better, and not "improve" it into being unusable.

I disagree. If you say that Polara acquired OKO, then why does the article state "Synapse on Tuesday announced its plan to acquire Oko."?

If I'm wrong, please do reply to explain why I am misunderstanding.
