[NJTechDiv] `strange issue on alexa

Hi list am encountering a strange issue on my alexa app on the PC.  during a flash briefing, the fox news hourly updates play fine, but the spots stop and start.  just now it took a couple minutes to play what I think is a 30 second spot.  I do know the commercials that come up online aren't the same as the one heard over the air so it has to be the spot.  the fan dool spots that play stop and start like it would if we were all still on dialup internet. If I didn't know any better it's a buffering issue.  tabbing around on the app I don't see the APL templet showing to indicate a crash of the app so it's something about the spots.  I haven't tested it on the iphone app yet but really strange.  unfortunately the updates from other networks arenn't up every hour only fox news radio gets theirs up.  have tested ABC with fox unavailable and the update that ran was maybe a day old.  I'll have to try other networks to see what happens.  is anyone else experiencing this?  it's really strange.  everything else plays or streams fine.
