[NJTechDiv] signing in to zoom account

Hoping someone can help because I can't find an answer to my inquiry.

When I have a need to sign into my Zoom account (entering my email 
address and password, and pressing the join button), I am prompted to 
verify by going to the inbox of my email account and typing the code 
that's been emailed to me. I eventually do get in after pressing the 
verify button, but I get nervous because I have 10 minutes to verify 
that is it is me who is signing in to my account. Is there any way to 
avoid this process?
