[NJTechDiv] Bone Conduction Earphones?

Hello,
Just wondering if anyone has a good experience with bone conduction 
earphones?  I'm needing to be able to use my screen reader during 
in-person meetings.  I'm currently doing this by leaving one earphone 
out as the ones I have completely seal the ear.  Works great for when I 
play music, bot not what I want in a work context. Any recommendations?
