Good Saturday NOBBL members.
I just learned of the passing of Renee Aikens. I just wanted to make those aware of this who may not have known. Renee spent years contributing greatly to the federation, and her contributions to our movement will not be forgotten.
When I joined the NFB in Communities of Faith division a few years back she was one of the first to welcome me without judgement, even though we did not share the same faith tradition. I am gong to miss her calls and our conversations.
Please keep her friends and family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
