[nobe-l] assistant instructor position

Hello,
I received an email from another member of care.com today.  He 
found my profile on the site and was wondering if I'd be 
interested in working as an assistant instructor in an after 
school learning program.  Since I've never really held a job like 
this and I am blind, should I mention my blindness when I first 
respond to him or wait to see what he says and wait until I 
schedule the interview? What do you think?
