Don't believe the company is violating any laws regarding disabilities. Certainly not Sec 508. Company also doesn't seem to offer any professional licenses or certifications so I don't think there is an argument through ADA Titles [I-III] which ever covers government and commercial certs. You could write the president and express your disappointment but I think your legal arguments are baseless.

They use their own classroom which is completely unusable with any screen reader. I contacted the company about it, but they pretty much said there's nothing they can do to help me. This was coming from the tech support staff. They do not have a version of the classroom that is compatible with a screen reader and they did not seem willing to even explore the idea. As a result, my application had to be put on hold. That is unfair since I've come this far and now I can't tutor just because of an inaccessible website. I'm pretty sure the company is in violation of 508. Am I correct? I am considering writing a letter to the president of the company letting him know that their organization is violating several disability laws. Therefore, I am posting this message because I am hoping you all can help me with the content of the letter. I want to make sure my voice is heard, but I also don't want to get in their face about it and come off as sounding rude. Therefore, how would you suggest I word the letter? I thought I could tutor part-time in addition to another job since I really enjoy it.
