[nobe-l] take lessons

Kelsey,

One thing that can make using Skype much easier is creating hot keys.
This way you would not need to navigate menus all the time.  For
example, I use ctrl a for answering regular calls and ctrl v for
answering video calls and ctrl h to hang up the call.  Hope this
