How would you create hotkeys in Skype?

Kelsey,
One thing that can make using Skype much easier is creating hot keys.
This way you would not need to navigate menus all the time. For example, I
use ctrl a for answering regular calls and ctrl v for answering video calls
and ctrl h to hang up the call. Hope this helps.
