It is certainly not a complete list! Of course, a laptop works!!! These
are the skills I use every day to navigate several schools of the 65 that
are in our district. My husband drives for me because he is retired.
Braille too is important if you know it! Sometimes people lose their sight
and don't learn it! Let's keep an open mind.

Why must they have a notetaker available? I can do more with my laptop
than a notetaker can, plus I can add on a wifi keyboard or Bluetooth
Braille display if desired.
I say a requirement should be not just good O&M, but the ability to
map out the school in your head and find any classroom with ease.
Otherwise I agree with this list :P
What about a strong handle on Braille? And the ability to get to
school on your own in case your ride falls through?
