[nobe-l] writing fraction on a conputer

Hello everyone

I'm a  blind teacher and looking for  a  option to write fraction on
computer for my pupils 

I  need basic form of fractions like 21/39     and mixed form like 6  + 7/13

I  have to teach my pupils  reduction and expansion of fractions 

Do'es someone know a  way to write the fraction and explain the action of
reduction and expansion on a  computer?
