Hope,
Yes, Perky Duck is accessible with JAWS, but I'm not sure about Nvda
or Windoweyes. You should be able to use it with your Focus; when I
took a braille course from Hadley, I used Perky Duck with my Focus 14
and it worked fine. Hope this helps.
