[nobe-l] Standardized Testing

Tara, that does complicate things. You might want to investigate a little further, though, as I know substitute teachers can administer the test if they sign off on the paperwork of confidentiality and such. They would not have licenses from the state. Of course, I am speaking from the high school Gen ed angle only.
