Hello,

As a accessibility specialist, I work with students who have various disabilities and help to coordinate reasonable accommodations as needed.

I am currently working with few legally blind students who are preparing for Demonstration Teaching in our Teachers College. I was hoping to connect with blind educators who are teaching or those who are coordinating support/services for additional insight and information. How can I best support those students? What are the potential challenges for future blind/low vision teachers?

I am also building a resource for the students, so if there are any additional resources you found helpful, I would greatly appreciate any information.

My email: Izabela.stachura at wgu.edu

Thank you for your consideration

Warm regards,
