[NOBE-L] NOBE-L Digest, Vol 228, Issue 1

Hi there,
I’ve never used their online system as I do know it is an accessible for the most part.

I am also running into issues in person though as it is very hard to get materials needed for testing and also they are strongly encouraging me not to bring my Guy Dog with me, which I highly rely on.
