[NOBE-L] Assessment of English learner for initial IEP

Dear Shai,
I’m a blind school psychologist, but I do not work with the blind population. I emailed a colleague who specializes in that type of assessment. She’s on maternity leave but could reply briefly that you may need a bilingual assessor who can administer verbal tests from Spanish language batteries.
