Banks:
At Chase Bank, one can open an account under an organization with 501 statuses by one need to bring in the 501 incorporation paperwork.  If paperwork is not fully available, an account can be started.  There is no minimum balance; one needs 100 dollars to open the account.

Capital one bank requires the same paperwork; however, they do not specify a required dollar amount to open the account.
Bank of America requires the same paperwork in addition to the tax exempt forms.  If you use a business debit card once a month at minimum, and make purchases of 25 dollars or more, there is no minimum balance.
