[Nyabs] Fwd: Huffington post article: Racing an Ironman Blind

Hey guys,

i was alerted to the article in Huffington that was written by the guide of
a blind athlete during the Ironman competition. I though that his comments
about his expectations of a blind person were telling of what the average
person thinks. Would be interested to hear other responses.

The Huffington Post just published a piece Achilles guide Charles Scott
wrote about serving as a guide to Charlie Plaskon in last month's inaugural
NYC Ironman.  Charlie is a 69-year-old blind athlete who began running
marathons and Ironman triathlons in his 60's.  He's an excellent example of
the amazing feats we are all capable of:
