Dear NYABS,

On the 19th, NYABS benefited from a fundraiser at Play Sports Bar and  
Grill, organized exclusively by Tommy Needham. Play sold drink bracelets  
and raffle tickets, and is supplying us with a portion of the proceeds.  
Furthermore, a DJ and a live band, City Sounds, provided music throughout  
the evening.

To thank Play for the fundraising effort, I have written a thank-you  
letter, which is attached. f all of you could take a look at it and  
recommend any changes, that would be wonderful. I would also need the board  
to sign off on the letter. If you are a board member and are satisfied with  
the letter, please fill in your position and sign using the symbol /s/ as i  
did in the draft.

I want to get out a thank-you letter by Friday of this week, so please send  
all editing suggestions and signed versions to nyabs.board at gmail.com  by  
Thursday.
