The workshop was a joy to run and feedback indicates that participants took great value away. These notes do not recreate the experience, but they do include a wealth of practical and useful information. The document is a bit lengthy, but I sincerely believe that every bit of it is worth reading, and maybe even rereading, particularly in advance of the 2016 Washington Seminar, to be held in a short two weeks.
