Margo,
As for the model policy, I am not sure exactly how we are going to do
that. My feeling is that we want to be able to know who has viewed it by
asking for contact information prior to downloading the document. In this
way we can folow-up with the facility to lend our support. Furthermore, John
Pare asked us to contact Ollie Cantos to see if the policy could be endorsed
by the DOJ.
