[Nyagdu] conference call

Cheryl, that's fine but somewhat cumbersome, well, let me start over. 
That's fine but could be kind of cumbersome.  let me look at it again 
because we may just need to insert Nagdu and people will be happy.  I'll 
keep your suggestion in mind in some kind of form or fashion.  Thanks.
