[Nyagdu] Citations and Sources

Cheryl, I'm not disputing what you say at all,but, am asking that when you 
talk about policies--well, not you personally, but when we all talk about 
policies and laws, we give reference materials--lawnumbers, websites to find 
policies, an example of a hotel policy and where to find it.  Don't just 
state a policy--in order to lend the most credibility to what you state 
about policies and rules, give sources, please.
