[Oabs] Please read; Our New Meeting Time and Information for January!!!

Hi all, 

 

Thank you again to all who completed the surveys I sent out.  They have been
a big help in planning for the next few months.  Based on the information I
was given, the time that will work best for our meetings is Fridays at 7:30
PM.  We will still meet on the third Friday of the month for the sake of
consistency.  The only thing that will change is that we will be starting a
half hour later than we used to.  

 

January's meeting will be held next Friday the 17th at 7:30 PM.  The
tentative agenda is as follows.  I will send out a final copy including the
names of speakers once those details have been finalized.  

A.       Meeting called to order. 

B.      Pannel discussion.  Students in the Movement: an Annual Forum on the
Role Students Play in the NFB. 

C.      Old business; reading of December minutes, and reports from
officers.  

D.      New business; Reports from committee chairs.  Followup and voting on
a few housekeeping items including the Officer Duties document which was
proposed at the November constitution review, and whether or not we want to
change the passcode for the future.  

E.       Adjournment.

F.       Round Table Wrap Up.
