[Oagdu] When and how to file a complaint???

>Marianne. Thank you. I have bee trying to bring up the idea of pets,
being used as
service dogs for years. the public has a muddied the idea of what a
service dog is.
We have a woman who trains therapy dogs for people who are food addicted
and many other
syndroms. I confronted her and asked her about certification and how that
is done.
she said she gets her dogs from shelters, who are adults and train them.
Her feeling is that her dogs make her clients feel good.
Answer me. What do doesn't make people feel good.
It is a big problem. where do we go with this, I do not now. Megan and MS. P.
