[Oagdu] Call to work on Ohio State laws

Hello Marianne,  

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I am not going to be able to join O2 this
year, but plan to next year. With that being said, I also will not be
participating on the phone calls to look at the Ohio laws on service
animals. this is a very needed project, but I am not able to help with it
right now. thanks for yhour understanding.
