[Oagdu] Ohio's service animal law

Hello fellow members, 
Attached you will find a copy of Ohio’s was regarding service animals. As discussed at our last meeting, we need to do some updating to these laws. Please take a look and let us know what you think. Together, we can change the lives of guide dog users all around the state.
