[Oagdu] Kenneth Jernigan convention scholarship

Here is a link to the article in the April, 2016 Braille Forum about the
application process for the Kenneth Jernigan Scholarship. Some of you have
asked about this.  I believe there may also be some support available from
the Ohio affiliate but I don't have the details about that.  I hope to see
many of you there.
