Abby,
Yes, please read both sets of minutes on our next call. Thanks so much!

Abby,

It’s fine with me if you send meeting minutes two months at a time, or whatever you need. It is, though, probably a good idea to send them and to read them at meetings. That way, of course, all your bases are covered.

Me reading the minutes and sending them out an email would be perfect.
For the meeting in May, two people want me to read the minutes for March as well as April? I can send both sets of minutes out without a problem. I just want to know if people want to hear all of the minutes for two months at one time.

Abby,
I understand how college can be, however, I think it is important for you to be on the calls. The duty of the secretary is to not only take minutes, but also to be a part of our board. That includes being at meetings. and events. So give yourself that break from school and be on the calls.

Hi Abby,
If it's not too much, I would prefer to see the minutes emailed and then read during the meetings. Would that be possible for you? I don't want to put too much work on you, but I think this would work best. Please let me know if this would be alright with you. Thanks!

Hi all,
So all of my professors have decided that now would be a great time to throw huge papers at us! and I completely forgot about meeting last night. Doesn't help that my calender didn't remind me, on my phone, computer or IPad (Have to figure out why that didn't happen.) Anyway. I will listen to the recording that was made last night probably later this week and type up minutes.
My question is, do people still want me to email minutes out to the list, or do you just want them read at meetings?

Thanks,

Abby, Cricket and Eliana
