This is just me, but considering he just had the surgery, I don't think
taking him to a bowling alley would probably be the best option in the
world. I say this because a bowling alley is very noisy, with lots of
people, and he may become overwhelmed and agitated. No, you do not have to
have his harness on him when in public places. Caring it will Will help if
you are approached by a business owner who does not want a dog in their
store. Yes, it is his training that makes him he will behave service
animal, but always having the extra identification is helpful.
