Choosing Your Destiny
Some people decide to be Christians because they want to make sure their ticket to heaven is secure. They know they don’t want to go to hell–so they board the Happiness Express for Heaven. But Christianity is not about choosing God out of fear–but rather because you love Him. When you truly realize just how much Jesus loves you–then you can’t help but want to give your heart completely to Him! Only a life surrendered to Christ will give you the true joy God wants you to have. And it is with Holy Spirit guidance that you can successfully navigate through the trials and struggles in this sinful world. Without God–your life is a disaster! God wants you to choose your destiny based on “love” not “fear!” In other words, choose Jesus because you love Him with all your heart–not because you are afraid of burning in hell! Very simply–it’s all about the love! When you truly understand just how much Jesus loves you, that He gave His life to save you–It’s easy to choose Jesus! In fact, it’s what some would call “a no-brainer!” Text: Ephesians 5:1-2, Psalm 143:10,1 John 4:19

Bible Texts:
Ephesians 5:1-2 NKJV - Therefore be imitators of God as dear children. And walk in love, as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling aroma.

Psalm 143:10 NKJV - Teach me to do Your will, For You are my God; Your Spirit is good. Lead me in the land of uprightness.

1 John 4:19 NKJV - We love Him because He first loved us.
